Shipping Policy

We currently only ship products Australia wide.

 

Due to our products being custom made to order, processing will take between 3-5 business days.

 

All items are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle. Standard delivery can take between 2-5 business days within NSW and 3-6 business days for Interstate addresses. Express shipping can take between 1-2 business days.

 

Tracking details for the customer will be provided via email once the order has been taken to Australia Post or Sendle.

Please note we are not responsible for any delays in shipping delays or loss of parcels once they are dispatched.

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. The shipping address for your order is shown at checkout and on your order confirmation email. In the event that you have entered an incorrect address, or did not update your address details, The Stitched Edition cannot accept any responsibility and is not liable for any associated loss or compensation for any additional shipping costs. Address changes can only be updated before an order leaves our warehouse.

Return Policy

Due to the personalised/customised nature of our products we do not accept any refund or exchanges, so please select carefully. We are unable to make changes to sizing or colours once your order has been placed. The Stitched Edition will not be held responsible for costs due to customer input or spelling errors. If you have made an error when ordering please contact us as soon as possible at info@thestitchededition.com.au. The Stitched Edition is unable to take responsibility for sizing issues. Please carefully read the size guide for each product before placing your order.

Your item has been individually personalised by hand so please be aware that the placement of your personalisation can vary slightly from time to time. We take the utmost care when creating each piece, however variations or irregularities in placement are not flaws; they are the unique hand made nature of our products. Each of our products are made using the highest quality garments, fabrics and thread. Please ensure that you follow the care guide sent with your products when caring for your products. Wear and tear or incorrect following of washing instructions resulting in damage to the garment are not eligible for a refund. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Website. However, because the colour you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be accurate and may vary slightly to the colour of the product you receive.

Once products are received it is the customers responsibility to care for their products. Any items which have been misused, damaged, mistreated, roughly handled or didn't follow the care instructions by the customer are not eligible for a refund. If you suspect a manufacturing fault with your item, please contact The Stitched Edition by email, info@thestitchededition.com.au, including photos showing any faults, along with your name and order number. The faulty item must be returned within 7 days from purchase. Returns that do not meet our refund policy will be declined. If the garment is considered a manufacturing fault The Stitched Edition will provide a full refund or exchange for the item. Exchanges will depend on items currently in stock. The Stitched Edition is not responsible for delivery fees of faulty returns.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commissions, if the garment has a minor fault that is repairable, The Stitched Edition is required to repair the fault and return the item to the customer. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired a replacement product will be issued that matches the original purchase. If the replacement product is out of stock the customer will be provided with a refund for the total amount of the purchase or store credit to use to purchase an item of equal value (excluding delivery fee).
